What happens when a person is 'tagged' in a job ad?

If you see a job that's perfect for someone you know, use the 'Recommend someone' section on the right to tag them. 

Start typing their name - if they're already a member, you'll be able to see them as you type and select their user name. The person will get an email and notification with a link to the job so that they can read it in full and apply. 

The recruiter will get a notification on the site too and the tagged feed will show a link to their profile so that they can view the person's profile and get in touch directly.

If the person isn't already a member of The Talent Manager, you can enter their email address instead to send a link and invite them to sign up to apply.
