How can I get more accurate results when searching on job title?

Using the 'job title' search filter is a great way to narrow your results and only view people who have experience in a certain role. 

When you enter a job title, we'll bring back results for people who've worked in that job within the last 4 years (plus anyone who has previous experience and has said they're still looking for those jobs). 

If you want to refine those results further and find people who've worked in that job title more recently, click 'Advanced search for job title' and use the slider to select a shorter time frame - up to 'within the last 6 months'. 

TIP: This is ideal when searching people more junior roles where people tend to progress quicker.
