How can I turn my search into a job posting?

Once you have begun a search using one or more of the search filters, you'll see a blue button on the right with the option to 'turn your search into a job posting'. Click to pull your search filters into a new job listing.

You'll be taken to the 'new job post' form which will be partially filled out using your search terms. You can edit this to add in more details about the role before submitting it to us.

The role will be reviewed by the TM team before being approved and listed on the jobs board.
