How can I use the Diversity filter to search for talent?

Head to the People page to begin your search. Once you have added one or more filters, a 'Diverse' tab will appear at the top of the results.

Click here to view a filtered down list of results, displaying people who match your main search criteria (e.g. job title, availability, location, skills etc.), but who also match the following characteristics:

• BAME
• Disabled

You'll see these additional filters listed at the top of the 'Diversity' tab, with the option to untick any that you would prefer to remove from your diverse list.
