Can we find out if our company already has an account?

When registering, select to register as an employer, where you'll be given a list of existing company accounts to select. If your company does already exist, you can request access during the registration process.

If a company account doesn't already exist, you'll have the option to create a new company account where you'll need to add some basic company details in order to set up your new account.
