At the top of the People page, you’ll see a button an 'Import Contact' button on the right.
You’ll then be able to enter the name and email address of the person you’re importing and the site will automatically scan the database to see if they’re already registered. If they are, you can add them to your network there and then.
If a user doesn't already exist, upload their CV and/or showreel, add their primary job title and use the 'notes' space to give a quick reminder of who they are, what they've worked on or when they’re free.
(NB: anything added in the notes area will remain private to you and other company users with full access - these won’t be shared with the freelancer or made public to any other companies.)
Once imported, your record will automatically be added to an 'Imported Contacts' list and will be fully searchable within your network. They’ll stand out as labelled 'IMPORTED', but you can use the record like any other contact on the site, by adding it to various lists and adding notes.
