On Friday 29th April 2016 at 4:30pm GMT, The Talent Manager disabled the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol. This will lead to older web browsers becoming unsupported.
We take the protection of your data very seriously and the disablement of TLS 1.0 is being undertaken so we can maintain the highest security standards and promote the safety of your data as well as align with industry-wide best practices.
To determine if any action is required on your behalf, please review the information below. If you would like to test the compatibility of your current browser, you can view this test page (look for a 'yes' next to TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 in the Protocol Features section).

Enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in Internet Explorer
You can continue using Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 and access The Talent Manager by making some simple changes to your browser settings :
- On the Internet Explorer main menu, select Tools > Internet Options.
- In the Internet Options box, select the Advanced tab.
- In the Security category, uncheck Use SSL 3.0 and check Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2 (if available).
- Click OK
- Exit and restart Internet Explorer.
Note it is important to check consecutive versions. Not selecting consecutive versions (for example, checking TLS 1.0 and 1.2, but not 1.1) could result in connection errors.
