Where can we view our companys full network?

Head to People > View Total Company Network (button at the top of the page).

 

You'll then be able to see and search through everyone who is part of your company's network. 

If your company account is split into sub networks, click View Total Company Network to reveal the sub networks. You can use the tick boxes next to each to filter down the results and just see those in your department.
