When you go to post a job as normal, be sure to click that you are open to job sharers so that the post will appear in searches for job share opportunities with a badge.

Additionally, as soon as your company posts a job that is open to job sharers, your profile will receive a ‘job share friendly’ badge, which will show freelancers that you are open to flexible working.

As soon as you hire job sharers or take part in a ShareMyTelly training programme, you will be given a 'Job Share Accredited' badge to show freelancers that you have experience hiring job sharers.
