Where will applications be sent to?

When posting a job, you can specify an email address where applications will be sent directly to - this email address will remain hidden from applicants.

You’ll also be able to access applications via The Talent Manager site. Head to the Manage Jobs tab under the Jobs page. Here you can view all applicants for each job, create shortlists of candidates, message them via the site, download CVs and reject any who aren't relevant.
